Last couple months, we have sponsored the new coming Thai Movie called “E-tim Tai Nae”. It is the first biggest comedy movie about Muay Thai.
The director and the lead actor are very best at making people laugh. If you are Thai, you would know exactly what I mean. The actor, Note Udom, the comedian, wrote the script. His friend, Tom, directed the movie.
As this is the comedy movie, we made the special collection of equipments and apparel for the movie as well as its road show. Our family brand, TUFF, also did the t-shirts for them.
The producer is the same as our favorite Muaythai movie, Ong Bak. So, there is a good chance that this movie will go abroad.
A little bit about the movie (as I was told), it is the story about the Nak Muay (muay thai fighter) in Pattaya who fights in fake shows. One day, Japanese girl visit the show and fall in love. After that she found out that it was fake and, in the same time, she met the real famous muay thai fighter. the story start from that… By the way, this movie was inspired by KILL BILL. The name E-tim Tai Nae means “KILL TIM”. It was also planed for 3 episodes. How come it is Kill Bill? I have no idea. We will see.
As I am writing, the movie is not out yet. There will be theĀ next week, I will let you know how it goes.
